The Big Fish V2 range have been designed for big fish hunters of carp,pike or even barbel. These rods are an all-rounder of distinction. The carbon composite blank has a through action, but with enough brute force in the butt section to bully fish out of the swim if necessary. They are also slim and well balanced, They incorporate many fixtures and fittings that would usually only be found on rods costing double the price. There are two models in the range. Ref 20026, the 2.5lb model will double up for barbel work on the rivers and can be used for margin and surface/floater work. Ref 20027, the 2.75lb model is strong enough to cast dead-baits if doing a spot of piking and for a multitude of fishing including distance work or even spoding. Both models are ideal tools for the newcomer to carp angling.
