The ultimate seatbox for 2008!
Revolutionary in concept, the Tomorrow 1600 , which is the result of Milo’s know-how, marks the beginning of a new era in the production of seatboxes. Constructed from magnesium and anodised black aluminium for enhanced weather resistance and life-guaranteed against corrosion, the Tomorrow 1600 is designed to provide ultimate safety and stability with a weight of only 14,6 kg , including footplate and winder case. The main base, self-contained and adjustable in height via four pins sliding on the legs, features a pole-gel cushion made from carbon fabric, under which is located a large modular tackle storage compartment, and two perforated front drawers. Under the base, integrated into the seat box frame, is housed a modular winder case with lid and handle. The case slides on epoxy resin guides for smooth, friction-free motion and can be extracted from either the front or rear side by pulling the side knob. The knob is also used as a safety catch to automatically lock the case once put back in place. All legs are telescopic and feature an aluminium core coated with a carbon look resin film. All legs are fitted with adjustable and lockable “spider” floating feet made from nylon with 30% fibreglass, a combination which provides the mechanical strength of aluminium. The newly designed pins and connectors have a universal hole for both round and square sections, and all adjustable supports can be swivelled by 360°. The seat box comes as standard with the following options: a super padded non-slip shoulder strap, a Daytona pole roller rest mounted on anti-vibration resin supports, an adjustable umbrella support (already fitted), a folding spray-bar support with double adjustment on the leg axis complete with pole-releaser pole rest, a multifunction arm featuring two connectors with double hole and complete with threaded sticks, an athermic, perforated tray, a sliding footplate with anti-slip clamps and a number of moulded winders housed in the winder case. The possibility to customise the seatbox, by adapting it to the user’s height or by adding one or more modular elements either at the top or at the bottom and the wide choice of options available make us say that the seatbox of tomorrow is already here…
